Questions people ask about the free first website design
Yes. We design your homepage and send it to you at no cost, and there is nothing to sign and no card details to hand over. We do it because it is the most honest way we know of showing what your business could look like online. If you want it built we will quote for that, and you will see the price before any work starts.
That we hope you like it enough to have it built by us. That is the whole business case. If you do not, you keep the design and walk away, and we will not chase you.
Within 24 hours of you filling the form in. We start as soon as it reaches us, so there is nothing else for you to do.
Not at all. Pick "I would like one created" on the form and we will create one for you as part of the design. If you do have one, upload it with the form and we will design around it.
Whatever you have. Upload your logo, photos, a Word document or PDF with your services, prices or the words you already use, and we will design around them. Whatever is missing, we write or create: plenty of businesses come to us with nothing but a name, and that is fine too.
No. The design needs neither. If you decide to have the site built we can register your domain name and host it for you, and it is all itemised in the quote before anything starts.
Every build is quoted individually once you have seen your design, as a fixed price agreed before any work starts. Any fixed price can also be split into 3 or 6 equal monthly payments at the same price, arranged with a person when you get in touch.
Then say so, or say nothing at all. There is no obligation whatsoever. If you tell us what missed the mark we will usually have another go, because we would rather get it right than be right.
