A real person who knows your site, on call
Every level is a fixed price agreed before any work starts. No open-ended hourly billing. Prices exclude VAT, which is added and itemised at checkout.
No fix, no fee. Guaranteed.
If we can’t repair, recover or fix your website, you get a full refund, no questions asked. You take no risk at all in asking us to try.
We can offer that because after twenty years of doing this, it almost never happens. But it’s your money and your business, so the risk sits with us, not you.
Billed in 15-minute intervals, not by the hour
Once your initial batch of work is done, anything else you ever need is billed in 15-minute intervals, not padded hours. Our rate is £60 an hour, so a small piece of work costs just £15.
Most fixers charge a minimum hour even when the job takes ten minutes. With us a quick job is a tiny bill, no padded invoices, and a real person explains what was done in plain English, so you understand what you paid for.
Up to two hours of work included. Free diagnosis, fixed price, and after that small jobs cost from just £15.

Yes. We look at what's wrong, work out the cause, and give you a fixed price to fix it. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe nothing.
Honestly rare after 20 years of WordPress, but if a fix isn't sensible we'll say so and lay out your options plainly, including ones that don't involve paying us.
Standard fixes are done within 24 hours, and most much faster. If the site's costing you money every minute it's down, the Priority service means we start work within an hour of you saying yes.
Up to two hours of work, which is enough to clear several problems in one visit. If your list genuinely needs more than two hours, the extra time is billed in 15-minute blocks at £60/hour, so £15 per block, agreed with you first.
We'll need admin access to work on the site. We'll talk you through creating a temporary account for us, which you can delete the moment we're done.
